The inspector was punctual and provided a detailed report following very thorough inspection inside and out, Appropriate helpful commentary and answered all follow up questions. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service
Firstly, the whole process went smoothly. Joel was professional, friendly, quick to return my calls, and quick to do the inspection. Secondly, the inspection was thorough and went into much more detail than I had expected. Thirdly, Joel was happy to later chat about the report in detail and to make recommendations, etc. Fourthly, the cost was lower than that of a competitor whom I almost used. (I was just about to order an inspection by that competitor when Joel returned my call, soon after he missed my call. If he had called back a minute later, I would likely not be writing this now!) I have no reservations in highly recommending Eurobodalla Building and Pest.
